Transport Planning Coordinator

Reporting to the Transport Planning Lead and based at our office in Mayfield, you will play an important role in coordinating customer deliveries across our national supply chain. Working closely with operations, transport providers and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in full.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering great customer outcomes and staying organised in a fast-paced environment. Whether you have experience in customer service, administration or supply chain, you'll be supported by an experienced team with a strong culture.
What you will be doing:
- Plan and coordinate customer deliveries across road, rail and sea freight.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport providers, operational teams and key stakeholders.
- Provide proactive communication and timely updates to support a positive customer experience.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues efficiently to support continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
- A strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering great outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn.
- Experience in administration, transport or supply chain is advantageous.
- SAP and Excel experience will be highly regarded.
