Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager and based at our Laverton site, you will be responsible for ensuring the SAP S/4HANA CMMS is supporting the InfraBuild Maintenance work management process, facilitates and actively lead the utilisation of SAP as a key tool in delivering efficient and effective maintenance practices.
What you will be doing:
- Enhance SAP S/4HANA capability across leaders, planners, schedulers, and tradespeople, aligning with InfraBuild’s Work Management Process and industry best practices.
- Align maintenance practices with effective SAP usage to standardise processes and enable consistent performance measurement across InfraBuild.
- Promote best practices in material management and maintenance processes, including repairable spares, inventory control, and reservations, supported by clear SAP training materials for users.
- Build and enhance SAP capability within maintenance teams through targeted training, process improvements, and continuous system optimisation aligned with best practices.
- Support maintenance reliability and SAP S/4HANA adoption by improving preventative maintenance systems, enabling optimisation of equipment performance, and driving efficient work management.

What you will bring:
As the SAP Key User and Subject Matter Expert for the SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance module, you will support, coach and guide plant personnel in the effective utilisation of SAP, ensuring maintenance activities are executed to professional standards and aligned with recognised best practices.
- Proven SAP expertise with the ability to drive system efficiency and performance.
- Strong experience working with maintenance systems and asset management processes.
- Deep understanding of the importance of Maintenance Work Management and how that relates to Asset Reliability.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Confidence to thrive in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to motivate and influence people’s behaviours and actions to achieve business outcomes.
- Build relationships with peers through support and alignment of objectives.
- Passionate about coaching, people development, and building capability in others.
