About the role

Reporting to the Residential Lead and based at our Hemmant site, you will be vital to our business, ensuring projects are accurately costed and planned to meet customer needs. This involves reviewing technical drawings, assessing material requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver estimates.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication with both customers and colleagues.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain customer service relationships through service excellence
- Manage customer enquiries and orders confidently, clearly communicating product options and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products or accessories to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery
- Support basic estimating requirements using numerical skills; learn to interpret drawings with training provided
- Effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects while identifying risks and solutions
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and uphold WH&S ARC standards
The working hours for this role are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.

What you will bring:
- Solid IT skills
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Estimating or scheduling experience within reinforcing steel will be looked upon favourably
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and knowledge of the building/construction industry beneficial but not essential
