As a Key Account Manager based in our Caboolture site, you’ll be central to strengthening ARC’s presence in the market, creating value for customers and helping the site realise its growth potential. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll use your sales capability, customer insight and local market knowledge to build momentum and make a visible impact.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Win new business and grow strong relationships, expanding our customer base particularly in the residential market
  • Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager to drive efficiencies and innovation 
  • Be a key player in helping our Caboolture site grow and achieve its potential 
  • Drive innovation and contribute to a high-performing sales culture

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development or B2B sales. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and converting sales opportunities. 
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Confidence working autonomously and managing a defined sales territory. 
  • Experience within construction, building products, steel or related industries will be highly regarded.
