About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Storeperson to join our small and close-knit team at our Steelforce Express warehouse in Whyalla.  Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll ensure orders are picked, loaded, and ready for dispatch. You’ll be instrumental in keeping things running safely and efficiently.

 

The hours for this shift are Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm, with occasional overtime available.

 

Day to day you will:

  • Pick and pack customer orders
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Operate machinery (overhead crane, forklift)
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out safely

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a current high risk forklift licence (preferred)
  • Have a high regard for safety
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills
  • Have forklift operating experience (desirable)
  • HR truck licence would also be an advantage, but not required.
