Service Delivery Engineer
About The Role:
The Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Environments (SOEs), ensuring the effective administration of key IT management platforms across the business.
You will play a critical role in managing and optimising platforms such as Intune for PC and mobile device management, print management systems, and ITSM tools, supporting reliable and efficient service delivery across the organisation.
Acting as a key technical liaison between external vendors and internal IT teams, you will support seamless system integration, resolve technical issues and drive operational efficiency across the IT environment.

Domestic Relocation included for those residing outside of Whyalla, which includes:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) across end-user devices
- Administer and support Intune for PC and mobile device management
- Manage and optimise IT management platforms, including print management and ITSM systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system and platform issues across the environment
- Implement system updates, patches and security baselines to maintain compliance and performance
- Support incident, problem and change management processes
- Provide technical expertise for escalated incidents and complex service requests
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and continuous improvement across IT operations
- Manage competing priorities and deliver work within agreed timeframes and quality standards
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (e.g. ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) for end-user devices
- Demonstrated experience working within large-scale enterprise IT environments, supporting complex infrastructure across multiple business units
Desirable:
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and/or Intune Administrator Associate
