Lubrication Technician

About the role

As the Lubrication Technician, your primary responsibility is to support the Maintenance Team Leaders in safely maintaining the condition and production capacity of the Pelletising Preparation Plant and be the first point of contact for all lubrication practices on the Pellet Plant site.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Execute approved maintenance lubrication strategies and scheduling of the works
  • Identify opportunities for improved asset performance and recommend appropriate changes to support plant performance
  • Provide technical support for all lubrication issues and standardise the plant, equipment, services and systems where practical.

About your experience

You will have:

  • Mechanical trade and/or technician certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance
  • Sound understanding of principles of lubrication and their application to fixed process plant 
  • Understanding of maintenance principles and plant improvement processes
