Fleet Administrator

About the role

The Fleet Administrator plays an important role in creating value for the business by supporting the National Asset Coordinator and National Asset Manager in all aspects with daily operational management of the InfraBuild and LPMA fleet, including but not limited to the management of the Leased vehicle fleet and working with internal and external stakeholders. A key element of the role includes Audit and Data preparation for annual FBT reporting.

 

Ideally this role will be Whyalla based, however we will support this role being based out of Adelaide for the right candidate.
 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Fleet Database Information Management

  • Registration Renewals and Roadworthy Inspections

  • Fuel Cards

  • Vehicles on Order, Offlease Returns and Delivery Management

  • Accident Claims Management

  • Reporting for business (as/when needed)

  • Manage recharge requests from leasing companies, including stakeholder approvals

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Experience in Fleet Management including vehicle leasing and dealing with roads and transport authorities, desirable

  • Proven ability in building and maintaining effective relationships, with strong leadership and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up to ensure accurate and complete contractual documentation

  • The ability to prioritise, be well organized and manage large volumes of work

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • A high level of computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
