Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Join our high-performing, close-knit team at our Welshpool branch. This is a great opportunity to step into a team leadership role and be part of a well-established Australian business.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with other Supervisors to ensure orders are picked, loaded, and ready for dispatch. You’ll lead by example, help coordinate the team, and keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Responsbilities

• Support and guide the team
• Ensure safe and accurate picking and loading of orders
• Stock takes and investigations
• Manage processes and implement improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with other supervisors to meet daily targets
• Drive a strong safety culture

Your experience

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with machines is highly regarded, but we are willing to train
