Customer Service Representative / Storeperson

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Wagin branch, you will be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

 

Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy and dynamic environment.

 

This is a Part-Time Fixed-Term position, 22 hours per week, concluding in December 2027.

Flexibility is available to choose three core working days, with standard hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

 

 

What you will be doing:

•    Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
•    Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
•    Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
•    Assist with storeperson duties as required, including picking/packing orders and loading/unloading trucks
•    General administration duties

What you will bring:

  • Experience in customer service and or sales administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
  • Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
