Branch Supervisor
About the role
As the Branch Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to uphold safety standards and drive improvements in workplace procedures. You'll oversee safety protocols, coordinate daily operations, and facilitate open communication among team members. This role is based out of Unanderra.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate safety discussions and observations.
- Promptly report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Ensure all team members receive adequate training.
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage equipment and safety equipment distribution.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
About your experience
We are seeking an individual with proven leadership skills, a dedication to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in operating machinery.
- Previous experience in supervising teams.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures.
- Hold a valid Forklift Ticket (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
