We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Tamworth.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support by responding to inquiries, order management, and resolving any issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process orders and follow-up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer demands and timelines.
- Any other office based duties as required.
It's important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business.
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the steel, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of steel products and industry processes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Experience with SAP systems desirable.
