About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to take your career to the next level in the steel industry? We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Tamworth!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support by responding to inquiries, order management, and resolving any issues.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process orders and follow-up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer demands and timelines.
  • Any other office based duties as required.


It's important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the steel, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of steel products and industry processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
