Operations & Customer Lead
About The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and based at our ARC Milperra & Glendenning location, you will be responsible for catering to our customers’ needs and queries providing an exceptional customer experience.
You will support the development of residential Slab and Pod estimates, process orders and coordinate production schedules – while ensuring a high standard of service to our customers.
You will be working closely with NSW Area Managers, Branch Managers and other internal departments – fostering a culture of superior customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring customer expectations are being met and exceeded.
- Coaching, developing and mentoring a high performing, self-sufficient team.
- Accurately interpreting Structural and Architectural drawings for the purpose of providing steel reinforcing in residential concrete slabs.
- Communicating with customer segments to clarify any points or uncertainties which may arise during the customer experience journey.

What you will bring:
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people across departments and functions.
- Experienced Estimator and Scheduler, with background in Building & Construction/ Structural Steel (preferred).
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
- Experience in interpreting and estimating quantities of reinforcing steel from Structural and Architectural drawings
- Able to work autonomously and approach problem-solving activities with vigour
- Systems savvy and have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
