National Sales and Bid Manager
About the role
InfraBuild Reinforcing is a market leading steel reinforcing supplier that specialises in Tier 1 infrastructure and commercial building projects. We offer a full range of products and services and work on some the nation’s most important and high profile projects. Our business excels in project delivery through all stages of the project cycle from project identification to project close.

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Responsibilities include:
- Leadership of the National Sales & Bid Team and ownership of the sales process
- Play a key role in market including developing and strengthening relationships with key customers
- Lead the business through a period of growth and expansion
- Secure target projects via development of winning bid strategies and a compelling value proposition
- Develop and execute a national customer development plan
- Collaborate with other Leaders across the broader group to execute the agreed sales plan
- Engage the team and develop capability and bench strength
- Ensure compliance and corporate governance requirements are met
The foundations required to be successful in this role include:
- A proven track record leading and developing a National Sales Team
- Knowledge of construction (residential and major projects) and heavy manufacturing industries including markets, customers, competitors, trends and innovation
- Well developed commercial acumen and a sound understanding of contracting on large and major projects
- A proven track record in developing and executing best practice sales and bid processes
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering solutions and the ability to influence across all levels both internally and externally
- An existing network within the construction market
- Implementing change and bringing others on the journey
