About the role

The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the delivery of high-quality learning programs and initiatives across all business units, supporting the implementation of the organisation’s L&D strategy. This role ensures programs are coordinated efficiently, materials are designed and prepared professionally, and participant experiences are seamless, accurate, and engaging.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment supporting L&D and Organisational Development (OD) initiatives across InfraBuild.
  • Coordinate multiple programs end-to-end, managing deadlines, priorities, and high volumes of administrative and design tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the L&D team, delivering a friendly, responsive, and high-quality service to stakeholders and employees at all levels across the organisation.
  • Utilise your eye for design to assist with creating PowerPoint presentations and learning materials.
  • Work autonomously within defined priorities while collaborating effectively with leaders, participants, and external providers.
  • Maintain accurate learning data, documentation, and program reporting, ensuring compliance and version control.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and programs, including venue bookings, virtual session setup, material preparation, and facilitator support.
  • Manage the central L&D inbox and handle participant communications, including reminders, instructions, and updates.
  • Track participant responses, follow up on required documentation, and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
  • Support facilitated sessions (virtual and occasional face-to-face) by managing setup, breakout rooms, troubleshooting, and participant assistance.
  • Gather and collate program feedback from participants and line managers, providing clear summaries for continuous improvement.

 

 About You

  • You have a keen interest in the L&D space.
  • Experience in coordination, project management, account management, events or in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • You have transferrable skills from fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience in coordinating programs, campaigns, or projects with multiple moving parts and competing deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in MS 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to turn basic content into polished, professional, on-brand materials (slides, worksheets, participant guides) using Word, PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
  • Experience with e-Learning platform, Articulate, will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks, program logistics, and design outputs.
