Digital Engagement Lead

About the role

Reporting to the Digital Communications and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the management of digital platforms and assets within InfraBuild Group and to deliver reliable, efficient, cost effective digital and content marketing solutions and services to internal client businesses. The role is also responsible for ensuring customer journey tracking and robust analytics reporting and insight across digital channels (web and social).

 

This is a 10-month fixed term contract based in our Sydney CBD offices.  Flexible hybrid working

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee operational management of the InfraBuild website, and provide leadership and publishing support to service and product brands where required in relation to their websites
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the InfraBuild group to ensure web content is accurate, maintained and relevant
  • Oversee delivery of web development and integration where required to support business priorities
  • Oversee operational management and publishing across InfraBuild’s social media channels, inclusive of community management
  • Contribute to and execute InfraBuild’s content calendar, including the development of shortform and rich media content to support InfraBuild’s social media presence
  • Develop, maintain and evolve as required analytic reporting across InfraBuild group digital properties (including websites and social media channels)
  • Maintain and deliver campaign reports to assess efficacy of digital marketing campaigns and inform continuous improvement
  • Actively contribute to content development, including hands-on content development (inclusive of rich media, short and long form written content for web) in line with InfraBuild’s content strategy to ensure a pipeline of purposeful content

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in communication/ public relations/ marketing/ digital marketing
  • Proven experience in managing delivery and execution of digital marketing communication initiatives to support business priorities across multiple channels (e.g., web and social)
  • Demonstrated experience in digital project delivery, including management of client relationships and associated budgets
  • Demonstrated content development capability (rich media for digital channels, inclusive of video, animations, short and long-form content)
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary digital communication marketing platforms and applications across web and social media (content management systems, EDM platforms, social media management applications)
  • Demonstrated ability to produce/create short form video or animation content for social media use, using contemporary content creation applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Canva)
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
