InfraBuild invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2027 Graduate Program.

 

Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2027, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work.

  • Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
  • The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
  • This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

  • Mechatronics Engineer – Rooty Hill, NSW
  • Process Engineer – Rooty Hill, NSW
  • Mechanical Engineer – Rooty Hill, NSW
  • Data Science & Analytics – Chipping Norton, NSW
  • Chemical Engineer – Laverton, VIC
  • Mechanical Engineer - Laverton, VIC
  • Electrical Engineer – Laverton, VIC
  • Mechatronics Engineer - Laverton, VIC
  • Process Control Engineer – Wacol, QLD
  • Trader – Wacol, QLD
  • Safety – Eagle Farm, QLD
  • Process Engineer – Forrestfield, WA

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights
  • Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2026)
  • Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience

 

Note: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre-employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.
