About the role

We are expanding operations at our Mesh Manufacturing facility in Sunshine! We are recruiting multiple permanent Operators to join our Day Shift and Afternoon Shift teams. This is a fast paced, machine operating role that will require attention to detail and processing skills.

An excellent opportunity to continue your experience in steel-processing or join the steel industry – we will teach you!

The hours for this role will be:

Day Shfit- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift- Monday to Friday, 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM


*please note there may be a requirement to train on day shift or afternoon shift for approx. 2 weeks at the time of commencement

Non-compulsory overtime is available, typically on a Saturday.

Your role as an Operator:
 

  • Operating machinery
  • Processing reinforcing bar
  • Manufacturing mesh reinforcing products
  • Operating overhead crane
  • Championing safety procedures to the highest standard
     

Requirements and skills:

  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable approach to your work
  • Experience working shift work in Manufacturing, Construction or Warehousing will be advantageous
