Project Delivery Administrator

About the role

InfraBuild Reinforcing has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our experienced and supportive team as a Project Delivery Administrator. This is a full-time role based at our St Mary’s site, working Monday to Friday.
 

In this role, you will provide crucial support to our Project Delivery team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a team player with a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
 

Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Generating and issuing monthly cycle bill claims
  • Coordinating on behalf of Project Manager with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing of customer credits and returns
  • Updating customer POs, freight, site contact details, etc
  • Issuing direct ship purchase orders and receipting 
  • Provide administrative support, including answering calls and emails when required
  • Supporting with QA/QC documentations 
  • Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a proactive and process driven approach. Strong communication and engagement skills will be necessary to build and maintain your customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
     

To be successful in this role, you will have: 
 

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing or construction industry in a similar position is desirable 
  • A high level of computer literacy as you will be using a variety of programs (ARMA, JDE, Power BI, Excel)
  • Commercial and financial acumen, knowledge of credits and debits is desirable
  • Confident in building relationships and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with conflicting priorities
