InfraBuild Reinforcing has a rare and exciting opportunity for a NSW State Manager to join our national leadership team.  The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall performance of the high performing IBR NSW and ACT business as well as deployment of the National IBR strategy and business plan.

What you will be doing:

• Full P&L responsibility and leadership of the NSW/ACT business in what is a genuine state GM level role
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset in all parts of the NSW business
• Play a key role in market including developing and strengthening relationships with key customers
• Ensure the highest standards in our operations so that customer service and DIFOT is exceptional
• Lead the successful delivery of major Infrastructure projects
• Engage the team and develop workforce capability
• Lead by example and promote best in class safety culture
• Ensure compliance and corporate governance requirements are met

What you will bring:

• A proven track record running a business and lifting performance
• Knowledge of construction (residential and major projects) and heavy manufacturing industries, including markets, customers, competitors, trends and innovation
• Ideally you will have an existing network within the NSW construction market
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering solutions
• Implementing change and bringing others on the journey
• Developing the capability of the workforce through coaching, training and mentoring
• Leading by example and making safety a priority in the work environment
