Internal Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Supervisor to lead our Internal Sales and Processing team — the engine room of our customer experience. This role plays a vital part in driving quote conversion, commercial discipline, and proactive service during a time of significant transformation and growth across our Steelforce network.

 

You’ll lead from the front — ensuring every customer interaction is handled with speed, care, and commercial thinking.


You will:

  • Coach and motivate a high-performing internal sales team
  • Drive sales conversion, margin improvement, and campaign execution
  • Align with operations and logistics to ensure orders flow accurately and on time
  • Resolve escalations with urgency and protect customer relationships
  • Build future capability through coaching, clarity, and accountability
  • Contribute to broader transformation goals across the region
