Internal Sales Representative
About the role

Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor and based at our Adelaide site, you will be the voice of the business to the customer – fulfilling demand through daily service, quoting, and order management. This role manages a defined customer portfolio focused on inbound service and outbound selling, ensuring accuracy, speed, and reliability in every customer interaction.
This is a customer focused role predominantly dealing with customers via phone and email enquiries. Working Monday to Friday, it provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their customer service and sales skills.
What you will be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing inbound sales queries
- Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
- Building and nurturing customer relationships
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
- Performing general administrative tasks
Our ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and offer customer solutions.

What you will bring:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in customer service, sales support or internal sales
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with a proactive approach and commitment to follow-through
- Ability to use CRM, ERP, and quoting tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume B2B or distribution environments will be highly regarded
