Branch Manager
About the role
We are on the lookout for a Branch Manager to lead our team in Adelaide. The role carries full accountability for branch performance — including sales, operations, people, and safety. It’s a role for a leader who can turn strategy into local execution, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver on our customer value promise with discipline and care.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead a cross-functional team across sales, operations, and administration
- Drive branch-level financial performance and cost-to-serve improvements
- Champion a trusted, responsive, and safety-first culture
- Personally engage with key customers and ensure service reliability
- Build future capability through coaching, succession, and team development
- Play a visible role in shaping transformation across the state and beyond
About you
- Goal-oriented, with a real desire to achieve results
- Having a demonstrated ability and experience in a leadership position, preferably in the recycling or scarp yard or waste management industry
- Strong experience in supervision or operational management or people/team management
- Comfortable working without direct day to day supervision with the support of Management and Head Office
