Senior Project Manager
About the role
Maximise the business outcomes for the company through professional project management processes, project delivery capabilities and technical support.
Responsibilities include:
- To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals.
- Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a strong HSE focus for the entire duration of the project, with responsibility for total compliance with Engineering policies and procedures
- Sustain customer relationships through professional communications and project management satisfying all required levels of customer service and support
- Monitor and control project cost for each project on at least a monthly cycle with a goal of delivering the project under budget.
- Monitor and control the project schedule for each schedule with a goal of delivering the project on or before time.
- Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality specification.
About your experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a project manager on projects from $5m to $30m total value
- Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High level of customer focus.
- Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities
- SAP and Microsoft Projects experience
