Payroll Officer (FAA13)

Reporting to the Assistant Group Payroll Manager and based at our Newcastle site. you will enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and people skills.  You will be solutions focused and enjoy problem solving. We are looking for an individual who can bring lots of energy and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

 

This role is offered on a fixed term 12-month contract.

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Accurate and timely data entry of payroll information
  • Managing the payroll inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Assisting with reporting and reconciliation of payroll data
  • High level of professionalism, dealing with sensitive, confidential documents and personal information

What you will bring:

  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP will be highly regarded, but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to uphold compliance standards.
