NSW Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maximising profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within regional NSW. This includes maintaining strong customer relationships, deploying effective product and sales promotions. The role will focus on identifying opportunities within specific market segments, ensuring competitive pricing, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of Cyclone's rural product offerings.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Maximising profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within your designated region
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with key customers and distributor networks to support sales growth
  • Developing and implementing regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives for each market segment
  • Achieving regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices
  • Providing market and competitor feedback by regularly updating the Salesforce database and reporting insights to the National Sales Manager
  • Managing regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities
  • Providing timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts and contributing to the budgeting process

 

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team with the following attributes:

 

  • A rural background, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of rural customers. Experience in selling rural products is a bonus!
  • Familiarity with wire products, their processes, and industry standards is a plus
  • A passion for achieving targets and personal development. We value a strong drive to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to both individuals and groups
  • A resourceful approach to identifying and resolving challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and plan for success
