Truck Driver

About the role

As a Truck Driver at the Mount Isa distribution site, and the working hours are 8 am – 3.30 pm Monday to Friday; no weekends. The team is highly safety focused and process driven. There is an attractive remote allowance on offer.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the Transport Supervisor to complete deliveries across the region
• Loading the truck using overhead cranes
• Adhere to Australian rules and regulations regarding the operation of heavy vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all WHS and Heavy Vehicle Transport regulations, policies and procuredures

You are a safety and customer focused individual who is a self-starter and driven to achieve outcomes without compromising standards.

• HR or HC truck licence
• High Risk Work (HRW), Slewing Mobile Crane or Vehicle Loading Crane Licence
• Forklift Licence ideally
• Champion a safe and efficient workplace
• Manufacturing, Logistics or Construction industry experience ideally
