SAP Procurement and Inventory Analyst

Reporting to the SAP Procurement Applications Lead you will support InfraBuild’s SAP procurement and inventory solutions, including associated SAP modules and related applications.

This role requires deep SAP Material Management (MM) expertise (incl. Ariba and OpenText VIM is an advantage), while contributing to the expansion of SAP solutions to drive aligned systems and continuous improvement across the business.

 

The role can be based out of Melbourne CBD, Laverton (VIC), Sydney CBD or Newcastle.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Day-to-day system support and resolution of SAP MM and SAP Ariba issues, user education, and analysis of new functionality requests.
  • Design and deliver SAP MM and SAP Ariba solutions, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and business improvement initiatives. Perform testing, documentation, and user training, while ensuring system integrity.
  • Provide expert process and functional guidance, aligning system capabilities with evolving business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement .
  • Coordinate and contribute to the development, documentation and execution of functional unit and integrated Test scenarios. Assist business with user acceptance test execution.
  • Provide consultancy and design system solutions and configurations, while planning and delivering development activities within agreed time, budget, and quality targets.

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary Qualification in a business or technology related area
  • 5+ Years Technical Subject Matter Experience in a support and project delivery capacity
  • Experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of SAP ECC & S4 MM (Inventory, Purchasing, Master Data & Material Resource Planning) and Ariba modules
  • Experience in integration points between SAP MM and (Finance, Controlling, Project Systems, Sales & Distribution, VIM, EWM, Production Processes, Plant Maintenance) in both ECC SAP systems and S4 HANA systems.
  • Experience in OpenText VIM is highly desirable, with exposure to SAP EWM modules considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills, strong time management and deadline management capabilities, a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and emerging technologies, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
