Operations Supervisor

About the role

You will have strong leadership and operational management skills, to drive efficiencies and team engagement. You will be instrumental to the success of the branch by ensuring that production targets are met, drive a strong safety culture and mentoring the operations team. 

Your key priorities will be;


  • Supervise and develop team leaders, operators and contractors across two shifts (12-15 personnell)
  • Lead and set the standard around safety to ensure our employees, customers, suppliers and visitors are safe on our site
  • Oversee and deliver on daily production plans and targets. Satisfy customer demands of quality and delivery
  • Implement and facilitate training and work-force planning
  • Identify process improvement and cost efficiencies
  • Manage R&M and site operational services
  • Operational administration
  • Monitor and manage costs against targets
  • Promote customer centric values to ensure exceptional customer experience

About your experience

You will be a strategic leader with an innovative mindset and effective communication skills, who prioritises a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.


  • Operations supervision experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Production planning and overseeing maintenance and contractor management
  • Excellent understanding of cost management
  • Implementing a high-performance culture in operations
