Head of Brand, Marketing & Customer Engagement - Rural

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

We're seeking a commercially minded agricultural professional who understands farmers, rural distribution and how value is created throughout the agricultural supply chain.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing – Rural, you will:

 

  • Lead brand and customer engagement strategy
  • Shape market development initiatives
  • Drive customer insights and voice-of-customer programs
  • Support new product launches.
  • Build distributor and farmer engagement.
  • Lead digital marketing and CRM programmes.
  • Develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Contribute to Rural Leadership Team strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep understanding of farming systems.
  • Knowledge of rural distribution channels.
