Customer Service Specialist

About the role

In this vital customer focused role, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and positive team environment.

 

This is a site-based role, working Monday – Friday, located at the Mayfield office.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, making InfraBuild our customers' supplier of choice.

  • Proactive end-to-end management of customer orders across our national supply chain

  • Managing the communication flow between our customers and our business

  • Being the pivotal link between our customers and our internal stakeholders which include Operations, Commercial, Supply & Fulfilment teams.

About your experience

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have the ability to build strong relationships with a commitment for safety.

 

Ideally you will have the following:
 

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships

  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve with a strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles

  • Experience in complex supply chains, Microsoft applications, SAP will be an advantage
