Warehouse & Delivery Operator
About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Mareeba branch, you’ll be part of a close‑knit, hands‑on team, combining warehouse operations with local deliveries and rotating between warehouse duties and truck driving.
Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
What you will be doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and safely, with effective stock management
- Loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Operating warehouse equipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Delivering orders to customers using company vehicles and meeting daily targets
- Providing face‑to‑face customer service at delivery and pick‑up while working closely with the team

What you will bring:
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Customer‑focused, reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment is helpful but not required – full training will be provided
- A forklift licence or HR/HC licence is an advantage, but if you’re keen to learn and have the right attitude, we’ll support you in gaining these licences
Training will be provided across all areas of the branch – ideal for candidates starting their career or looking to learn new skills.
