Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Malaga team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of customer service and administrative tasks, supporting both internal teams and external customers. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy and dynamic environment.

This role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders
  • Greeting customers and handling front desk reception duties
  • Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
  • Preparing quotes and following up with customers
  • Accurate data entry of orders and schedules into internal systems
  • Coordinating deliveries and supporting production requirements
  • Supporting stock ordering and general office administration

About your experience

You are a positive and reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Outlook and business systems)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and products

Experience in a sales or customer-facing environment will be highly regarded.
