About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and based at our Mackay Steel Centre, you’ll ensure orders are picked, loaded, and ready for dispatch. You’ll be instrumental in keeping things running safely and efficiently.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Work within a small team
  • Ensure safe and accurate picking and loading of orders
  • Stock management
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Embody a strong safety culture

 

The hours for this shift are Monday - Thursday: 9am-5pm, Friday: 8am-4pm

Base salary on offer is $33 per hour, with a generous Remote Living Allowance bringing this up to $39 per hour.

What you will bring:

  • A safety-focused person who prioritises safe work practices in everything you do
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
  • Forklift license is required
  • Experience working with overhead cranes is desirable, but not required
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
