Administration Assistant
About the role

Reporting to the Head of Operations and based at our Lytton site, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to site leaders, branch teams and operational stakeholders.
This is a varied role that will have you work closely with multiple teams across the state, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while building strong relationships across the business.
What you will be doing:
- Processing and coding supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders and supporting purchasing activities
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Managing corporate card expenses and administrative records
- Ordering uniforms, stationery and site consumables
- Providing general administrative support to operational leaders and branch teams
You will be rewarded with:

What you will bring:
- Previous administration experience in a busy office, operational or industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing data, invoices and documentation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems; SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
