Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and influential leader to oversee our Laverton North and Noble Park Bar processing branches.
In this multi-site leadership role, you will be responsible for driving a safe, high-performing operational environment while leading the commercial bar sales channel. Combining strong operational expertise with proven sales leadership, you will deliver exceptional customer, commercial, and business outcomes across both sites.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing portfolio, influence performance and make a significant impact within a critical part of the business.
What you will be doing:
- Provide senior leadership across the operations, distribution and sales functions, fostering a high-performing team
- Lead and execute plans to achieve operational excellence
- Championing and fostering a strong safety culture
- Support growth plans, including expansion of customers, machinery and broader operational capability
- Oversee a sales team of two Business Development Managers to achieve customer growth in the commercial bar segment
- P&L & financial accountability

What you will bring:
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to fostering a safety-first culture.
- Strong background in operational , sales management and leadership
- Successful track record in leading sales teams and driving customer growth
- Industry experience within reinforcing, building products, construction or industrial manufacturing preferred
