Customer Service Representative
About The Role
We are looking for a person who thrives in a busy customer-focused environment to join our team at our Karratha branch on a 13-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
- Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
- Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
- Procuring product for customer orders
- General administration duties
About Your Experience
We are seeking a team player who has strong problem-solving skills, is customer focused and thrives in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business.
- Preferably experience in a customer service environment
- Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions
- Willingness to learn about our industry and business
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems) would be advantageous
