Warehouse Supervisor
About The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be leading a small team at our Kalgoorlie site and overseeing all warehousing activities on site while driving team engagement and a strong safety culture. This is a hands on role where you will be involved in general warehousing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervision and training of the warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency on site
- Lead daily workforce planning and toolbox meetings
- Manage Load Planning & Logistical activities on site
- Oversee allocation of warehouse tasks/resourcing
- Drive a strong safety culture & actively involved in the Safety Management System of the business
Base Salary: $76,515 + Super
We are looking for a driven leader with the ability to drive the safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous work experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics
- Experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team leader or looking to step up into a leadership role
- Basic computer skills, SAP advantageous
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence is essential
- Forklift Licence
