Warehouse Supervisor

About The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be leading a small team at our Kalgoorlie site and overseeing all warehousing activities on site while driving team engagement and a strong safety culture. This is a hands on role where you will be involved in general warehousing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervision and training of the warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency on site
• Lead daily workforce planning and toolbox meetings
• Manage Load Planning & Logistical activities on site
• Oversee allocation of warehouse tasks/resourcing 
• Drive a strong safety culture & actively involved in the Safety Management System of the business

Base Salary: $76,515 + Super


We are looking for a driven leader with the ability to drive the safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous work experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics
• Experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team leader or looking to step up into a leadership role
• Basic computer skills, SAP advantageous 
• Valid C Class Drivers Licence is essential
• Forklift Licence
