About The Role

Join our close-knit team at Steelforce Canberra. We’re a highly safety-focused, process-driven team that will provide thorough training and day-to-day support to help you succeed.

• Permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday
• Hourly rate $31.16 + Super
• Work hours 8.00am to 4.00pm

Daily tasks can include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating machinery (overhead crane, forklift, processing machinery)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely

The ideal candidate will have:

• High regard for safety
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Proactive attitude with great customer service skills
• Forklift, crane and HR/HC licenses desirable but not essential
• Manufacturing, logistics or construction industry experience highly regarded

• Access to long service leave after 5 years: Employees who are not covered by an Enterprise Agreement can access accrued Long Service Leave (LSL) at the rate of 1.3 weeks per year of service after 5 years continuous service.
