As a Trading Graduate (Sales & Marketing), you will kickstart your career by assisting and collaborating with our experienced team in actively sourcing both ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal with the exposure to also be selling. Critical to your success in this role is your ability to build strong relationships with our broad customer base to assist in sourcing and trading stock across the business.
Based at either our Chipping Norton or Hexham site, you will coordinate deliveries to InfraBuild Recycling facilities while honing your skills in customer service and operational safety.
What you'll do
- Support Account Management: Learn the intricacies of scrap metal trading while managing accounts and deliveries.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Gain hands-on experience in tailoring our products and services to meet customer needs.
- Workload Balance: Help manage workload demands and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation Skills: Assist in negotiating quotes and addressing diverse customer requirements.
- Sales Participation: Engage in sales presentations and tender reviews, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we're looking for
We seek individuals with a keen interest in developing skills in Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship. You will have a good understanding of commodities and an interest in sustainability and or waste management.
