The Administration Assistant / Customer Service Officer contributes to the success of the InfraBuild Recycling business by providing excellent customer service to ensure customer service standards are met, while assisting the Operations team in achieving growth in intake and gross margin in line with business plans.

 

The role is primarily responsible for general accounts management, training records and maintenance orders.  The role will backfill the other Customer Service Officer role in the team to cover periods of leave.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through service excellence
  • Processing EFT payments
  • Set up new accounts as required
  • Provide efficient customer service via phone and email to continuously meet high standards
  • Resolve issues related to customer service and delivery in an efficient and timely manner
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

 

Whilst the role is a part-time role you will be required to work additional hours (up to full-time hours) to cover periods of leave within the team.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • A positive and pro-active attitude and with the ability to multi-task
  • A passion for outstanding customer service and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word)
