Reporting to the Brisbane Sales Manager and based at our Hemmant site, you will play a key role in managing some of our largest customers existing accounts, winning new business and expanding our customer base. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. You will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement and efficiencies.
While the role's primary focus is on driving new business opportunities to support Network growth, we’re open to candidates from all walks of life—whether you’re an experienced professional or someone looking for an exciting career change. What matters most is your passion for connecting with people, closing sales and delivering exceptional customer solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors and key decision-makers
- Identify and track project opportunities from early planning stages through to tender and project award
- Manage a long-term sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and successfully converting opportunities into sustainable revenue growth
- Drive new business development while growing existing customer relationships across your region
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Support the delivery of sales targets, market share growth and business objectives
