About The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager and based at our Gold Coast site, you will lead the commercial performance and growth of our Gold Coast and Ballina branches, driving sales, strengthening customer relationships and expanding ARC's presence across the region. This is a leadership role where your ability to grow market share, develop high-performing teams and deliver safe, efficient operations will be key to success.
Working closely with customers, regional leadership and internal support teams, you will identify new business opportunities, execute growth initiatives and ensure both branches consistently deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and strong commercial outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across the Gold Coast and Ballina branches, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive sales growth, customer retention and margin improvement through effective commercial leadership and market engagement
- Oversee branch operations to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused service delivery
- Manage branch financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting and achievement of business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders and internal teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational performance, productivity and business outcomes
- Lead strategic initiatives, capital projects and change management activities that support sustainable growth

What you will bring:
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations, sales teams or business units within construction, manufacturing, industrial or building products environments
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L performance, budgets and delivering profitable business growth
- A track record of building high-performing teams, coaching leaders and driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Experience developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering strong sales and operational outcomes
- A genuine commitment to safety leadership, with the ability to influence safe work practices and foster a strong safety culture
