About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Glendenning site, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our operations. Working both autonomously and alongside a close-knit supportive team, you'll enjoy a permanent position with a diverse range of hands-on maintenance responsibilities ensuring the ongoing availability and efficiency of our site equipment and processes in conjunction with both dayshift and afternoon shift operations.
What you will be doing:
- Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs and breakdown response on production equipment.
- Execution of scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and improve reliability. .
- Perform troubleshooting and fault finding tasks on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades and commissioning
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and CMMS updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Liaise with external contractors and OEM suppliers
Day shift roster available, the working hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm with overtime opportunities shift negotiable.

What you will bring:
- Hold relevant mechanical or electrical trade qualification
- Possess exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills
- Be able to read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical drawings
- Hands on capability, including welding
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (preferred)
- Have a proactive approach to maintenance, whilst holding safety and customer needs as core values
- Be a confident communicator who can work autonomously
- Self-starter who is focused on outcomes and keen to contribute to the business as a whole
- Heavy Industrial experience
