Customer Service Officer
About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Glendenning branch, you’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer — from the first phone call to the final delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and at the front counter
- Handling customer enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product advice
- Processing sales orders, quotes, invoices, and general administration tasks
- Coordinating with operations and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries or pick-ups
- Assisting with over-the-counter sales — our early morning pick-ups keep things lively!
- Liaising with other branches regarding stock enquiries and availability
We operate two shifts at this site: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or administration role
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational abilities and a sharp eye for detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- The ability to multitask and build positive relationships with a diverse range of customers
- (Bonus) Experience in manufacturing, construction, or logistics — though not essential
