Project Coordinator
About the role
The Project Coordinator - Prefabrication role is responsible for achieving InfraBuild Reinforcing’s objectives and strategies by supporting the Market Development Manager - Prefabrication for developing the prefabrication service to identify opportunities within existing and targeted projects to grow prefabrication volume, revenue and margin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Formulate Shop drawings derived from approved issued for construction drawings for all new and on-going jobs.
- Create bar bending schedules derived from approved shop drawings.
- Work closely with the prefabrication Market Development Manager in updating and issuing the prefab plan for execution by Planning and Operations.
- Prepare Approved Shop drawings, Inspection and Test Plans, and Bar Bending documents to be issued to operations.
- Planning on-going jobs and constantly reviewing capacity to ensure minimal gaps between jobs.
- Coordinates with individual sites and managing expectations in line with our available capacity
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to accurately forecast current customer construction projects to ensure internal resources are optimally managed to provide both high levels of customer satisfaction and maximum levels of profitability.

We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in scheduling in the reinforcing industry
- Proficient using AutoCAD
- Engineering or construction background preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of the building and construction industry and construction practices
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and practices
- Strong mathematical & numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

Salary range - $80,000 - $90,000 per annum.
