Join our successful and tight-knit Steel Centre team in Emerald as a Customer Service Representative.
You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career change or to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Processing cash sales, quotes and orders
- Preparing reports
- Maximising sales opportunities
- General administration duties
You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail and you thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in customer service and or sales administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
- Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is also highly regarded.
