Detailing Manager - QLD
About the role
The Queensland Detailing Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all detailing requirements are delivered to the highest standard. This position is responsible for managing and allocating resources effectively to meet project demands, balancing workloads and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery, and establishing and refining workflows that drive efficiency and success.
You will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer projects, including some of Queensland’s most significant upcoming milestone developments. This role offers the opportunity to shape outcomes on projects that will define the state’s infrastructure and growth for years to come.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management and leadership of 18 direct reports
- Ownership of the detailing function and it’s performance
- Interaction with sales, operations and project delivery teams
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Skills and experience required:
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams
