Administration Assistant
About the role
Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager, this role is responsible for supporting InfraBuild Reinforcing’s Sales and Bid team with a range of administrative support activities. This role will also offer the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements following initial training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
- Developing and maintaining customer pricing structures aligned with business objectives
- Crafting tailored customer quotes that reflect value, accuracy and responsiveness to client needs
- Managing contract job setups to support project delivery and compliance
- Administering and optimising the Sales Hub System
- Maintaining up to date pricing documents
- Preparing insightful sales reports and dynamic presentations

- A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of own role
